The Bracket and Crossbeam Support System is essential components of a complete aluminum alloy flooring Support System. In order to accurately meet user and engineering needs, we can customize brackets and beams of different heights, diameters, and materials within the Support System. The materials are available in steel and aluminum, and the surface can be galvanized or sprayed to prevent rust and corrosion.
In some high load, high height areas, such as tool movement paths, heavy machinery areas, and seismic activity areas, it is usually necessary to install support systems on the support beams. There are mainly two types of bracing, slant support and cross bracing. The slant support system connects the support to the ground, while the cross bracing system connects the support with the support.

Due to strict cleanliness control requirements during the construction of the purification workshop, in order to avoid the omission and residue of dust particles, which may affect the future use of the purification workshop, all floors in the factory must be washed clean with an air compressor first, and then packaged in plastic bags before being transported into the workplace. Construction personnel must change into specialized work clothes, work shoes, hats, and gloves for the purification workshop before entering the site. Floor cutting must have a separate room to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
When the equipment is directly placed on the aluminum alloy floor, a stainless steel plate with a size of 150 * 150 mm or larger and a thickness of 5mm~10mm must be used to pad the foot of the equipment and expand the contact surface with the floor. When the equipment is heavy or has anti vibration requirements, it is usually necessary to build an independent foundation (steel platform or poured concrete platform) for the equipment, and the floor installation should be separated from the equipment platform.
Plan the equipment transportation route in advance and designate the area as the equipment transportation channel. The floor surface at the transportation channel must be protected with 3mm-5mm stainless steel plates. When moving and transporting equipment on the floor, it is strictly prohibited for the equipment to roll and roll directly on the floor. Hydraulic vehicles with larger wheel diameters should be selected as transportation tools as much as possible. In transportation engineering, strive to move equipment at a constant speed to avoid impact on the floor.
