Product Overview

Aluminum alloy flooring is made of die cast aluminum alloy ingots (ADC12), and the entire board is formed by one-time die casting. The floor and support beams together form a stable system. The space between floors can accommodate and configure cables, air conditioning, and pipelines, and the floor can be freely disassembled for easy inspection and maintenance. The Aluminum alloy blind plate is typically used as a solid, non-ventilated panel within this flooring system, providing a flat and enclosed surface where airflow or cable pass-through is not required.

Blind plate is a common type of aluminum alloy flooring, and the surface of the flooring is usually covered with conductive PVC sheet or the entire board is treated with epoxy spray coating. Blind panels can be used in conjunction with ventilation panels, grilles, and other types of flooring.

In places with high stability requirements, the floor can be connected to the support beam through corner lock holes.

The four edges of the floor can be slotted with a milling machine and decorated with PVC edge strips to protect the floor veneer.
