Physical performance: All-steel structure, high mechanical strength, single-panel load up to 2,800 kg, uniform load over 1,600 kg/m². The honeycomb ventilation structure provides an adjustable ventilation rate of 15%–35%, and it is the only product with heat dissipation as its core function. However, its wear resistance is relatively weak, and scratches may appear in long-term high-frequency use areas.


Cleaning and maintenance:The PVC surface is smooth, so dust does not easily adhere. Daily cleaning can be done with a damp mop that is not dripping, together with a neutral detergent. Special attention should be paid to avoiding long-term placement of chairs with black rubber pads, to prevent sulfide contamination of the floor surface. Maintain indoor humidity at 45%–75% RH to prevent the surface from bulging due to overly dry air.


Dimensional stability: PVC surface has excellent ductility and is not prone to curling when the equipment room temperature changes. It is especially suitable for winter heating environments, effectively avoiding cracking of the surface on all-steel floors. Dimensional change on heating ≤0.2%, residual indentation ≤0.15%.

3. All Steel HPL Anti-static Floor

▶ Physical performance: Uses a melamine high-pressure laminate surface, with surface Mohs hardness ≥4, wear resistance index up to 1,000–3,000 r, scratch resistance more than 3 times that of PVC, and fire performance reaching B1 flame retardant. Suitable for high-frequency inspection areas and places where equipment moves frequently. 4. All Steel Ceramic Anti-static Floor

▶ Physical performance: Ceramic surface Mohs hardness ≥7, close to natural stone, scratch-resistant, heavy-pressure resistant, and service life can reach over 20 years. Heat resistance up to 200°C, excellent corrosion resistance, completely waterproof, suitable for humid environments. However, a single panel is heavy, so the floor load-bearing structure must be evaluated.


Cleaning and maintenance: Ceramic surface is easy to clean. Daily cleaning with a soft mop or vacuum cleaner is sufficient. Avoid using sharp or hard cleaning tools that may scratch the glaze. Strictly prohibit alkaline detergents, because ceramic components react with alkaline substances. It is recommended to apply ceramic-specific anti-stain wax once a quarter to reduce liquid penetration and stain adhesion. Periodically check whether the grounding system is intact to ensure effective anti-static function.


Dimensional stability: The ceramic surface itself does not deform. Anti-static performance is achieved by adding conductive inorganic materials during high-temperature firing. ▶ Physical performance: The calcium sulfate core is made by pressing fibers and gypsum crystals. Concentrated load can reach 5,000 N, with outstanding load-bearing capacity. A2 non-combustible standard, excellent fire performance, and system resistance stable at 1×10⁴–1×10¹⁰ Ω.


▶ Cleaning and maintenance: During cleaning, strictly prohibit large amounts of water flushing, to prevent water from penetrating into seams and damaging the core or causing rusting of the base metal. It is recommended to use a wrung-dry mop or special anti-static cleaner. For oil stains, wipe with a neutral cleaner and then clean again with clean water to avoid residue. Anti-static wax can be applied to the floor surface for maintenance.


▶ Dimensional stability: This is the most prominent advantage of calcium sulfate flooring. The molecular structure of the calcium sulfate core is like a micro-sponge; it returns to its original shape after absorbing and releasing water, and does not deform even when soaked in water. Under long-term constant load, creep deformation is extremely low, maintaining dimensional and shape stability for decades, avoiding the uneven panel surface that occurs with traditional floors after long-term use. After 24 hours of immersion in water, deformation is only 0.3%.

7. Aluminum Alloy Anti-static Floor

▶ Physical performance: Made by one-piece die-casting of aluminum alloy. Density is only 1/3 that of steel, but uniform load can reach 23,000 N/m², concentrated load 4,450 N, with outstanding load-bearing capacity. The material itself meets A1 non-combustible standard, naturally corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and excellent moisture resistance.


▶ Cleaning and maintenance: Use an anti-static vacuum cleaner daily to remove surface dust, and wet-wipe with neutral cleaner 1–2 times per week. Liquid spills should be absorbed immediately; corrosive liquids should first be covered with fine sand and then cleaned. The surface must not be washed with water. Use a wrung-dry mop to wipe, preventing the decorative surface from peeling and the metal parts underneath from rusting.


▶ Dimensional stability: The aluminum alloy panel base will not deform due to water immersion or moisture, does not corrode, does not rust, and has excellent salt spray resistance.
